Here is what I can tell you, we are still on unprecedented times. It is the season for the UNEXPECTED. This is why the Word of God calls us to be awake and alert:
Be careful that you never allow your heart to grow cold. Remain passionate and free from anxiety and the worries of this life. Then you will not be caught off guard by what happens. Don’t let me come and find you drunk or careless in living like everyone else. For that day will come as a shocking surprise to all, like a downpour that drenches everyone, catching many unaware and unprepared. Keep a constant watch on your soul, and pray for the courage and grace to prevail over these things that are destined to occur and that you will stand before the presence of the Son of Man with a clear conscience.
– Luke 21:34-36
The “unexpected” requires that we are fully prepared to move around new challenges. It will require us to be ready to act when God calls us and send us out. This season will require us to be keeping our eyes on Jesus because if we lose sight of Him, we will get lost. There will still be forms of trouble and testing. Some circumstances may not seem to be changing but God will give us heavenly strategies to stir our boat and stay afloat. This is not the season to do things on your own strength. Those that will do that will find themselves easily burnt out, discouraged, and depressed. Instead, keep walking in the Spirit. Seek the Lord in every area of your life. There is blessing for those that walk in obedience. Walk-in victory, stop speaking defeat over yourself. Do not dwell on the dark alleys of “why is this happening to me?” – instead focus on finding the good even in the hardest times. There is always something we can be thankful for and God will show Himself faithful.
As we enter 2021 – the word I am getting is the word “STRONGER”. You may seem to be in the same situation but know that you have already leveled up. You have matured and have been tougher. You are stronger than you think. You have developed that GRIT and RESILIENCE needed for this season. In your weakness, the Lord is your strength. You have enough strength to walk away from the wrong path. You have all the strength to do the right thing. You have the strength to shine your light. You will have the strength to withstand every trial. The Joy of the Lord will be your strength. Stand your ground. Never lose your faith. Never quit nor give up. Jesus will be your strong foundation.
You are STRONGER because God has given you all the weaponry you need. Wear them. He has given you so much that all you have to do is apply it: Prayer, Rest, Forgiveness, Love, Joy, Peace, Faith, and Hope to name a few.
Therefore put on the full armor of God, so that when the day of evil comes, you may be able to stand your ground, and after you have done everything, to stand. Stand firm then, with the belt of truth buckled around your waist, with the breastplate of righteousness in place, and with your feet fitted with the readiness that comes from the gospel of peace. In addition to all this, take up the shield of faith, with which you can extinguish all the flaming arrows of the evil one. Take the helmet of salvation and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God.
Ephesians 6:13-17
As you persevere – the Lord’s presence in your life will manifest. Signs, wonders, and miracles will follow you.
Watch, stand fast in the faith, be brave, BE STRONG. Let all that you do be done in love.
1 Corinthians 16:13-14
This 2021, I declare you STRONGER, TOUGHER, FIERCER, MORE INTENSE, AND FULL OF FIRE IN THE LORD. STAND YOUR GROUND. BATTLE WELL and STAY IN THE FIGHT. YOU ARE VICTORIOUS IN CHRIST!
